I am Christian and first of all I’d like to thank you for your really excellent walking blog giving many inspirations! I do a lot of walks all over the world and I’m officially titled an international and global walker by the International Marching League (IML). Since I will be staying for the next couple of months in Limassol I am looking for walking events. Do you know any? And if not are you maybe interested in organizing an annual walk in Cyprus?

Hi Christian! Glad you like the blog! I’m not aware of any major walking events as such but if you click on the link to The Cyprus Strollers (at the bottom of the home page) you will see that they organise walks most weekends covering different parts of the island. They have a Facebook page too which gives a good idea of what’s involved. Hope this helps! best wishes – Mark
